All performers must arrive and be prepared to perform at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled start time. MP3 submissions are required 1HOUR before the scheduled slot. Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of the rotation, non-refundable. Any form of violence, threats, or disorderly conduct will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
