5. Artist Submissions and Licensing

Artists may submit music or content for broadcast consideration. By submitting content, you grant THE420 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to stream, display, promote, and distribute the submitted material on our radio network and connected platforms.

You retain ownership of your content. However, you affirm that:

  • You own or control all rights to your submitted material;
  • Your submission does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights;
  • THE420 is not liable for any disputes regarding ownership, royalties, or third-party claims.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or edit any submission that violates law, contains offensive material, or is deemed inappropriate for our audience.

6. Advertising, Showcases, and Promotional Purchases

By purchasing advertising, showcase entries, or promotional services through THE420:

  • You agree that all payments are final and non-refundable, except where prohibited by law.
  • You must provide accurate business or artist information for promotional display.
  • THE420 reserves the right to approve or reject any advertisement or showcase entry.
  • All showcases are subject to availability, event scheduling, and content review.

Advertising placements, radio mentions, or digital banners are sold based on the terms listed at the time of purchase. THE420 makes reasonable efforts to fulfill all paid promotions as described but cannot guarantee any specific sales, traffic, or exposure results.

7. Digital Products and Downloads

If THE420 offers downloadable content, digital files, or listing documents for sale:

  • All digital sales are final due to the nature of instant access.
  • Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or public sharing of downloaded materials is prohibited.
  • We are not responsible for technical issues resulting from incompatible devices, corrupted downloads, or user error.

8. Manufacturers, Vendors, and Business Partnerships

THE420 may collaborate with manufacturers, vendors, and creative partners for event merchandise, media products, or co-branded campaigns.

All third-party partners must operate ethically and in compliance with applicable laws. THE420 reserves the right to terminate any business partnership found engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful practices.

Any joint production or co-manufactured goods must adhere to THE420 brand standards and cannot be sold under our name without express written permission.

9. Payments and Billing

All fees, subscriptions, and purchases must be paid in full at checkout through approved payment processors listed on our website.

You agree not to use fraudulent payment methods or chargebacks to avoid legitimate charges. THE420 reserves the right to block future access for accounts involved in payment disputes or suspected fraud.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

All payments are considered non-refundable once processed unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds may be granted only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments due to system error;

Artists submitting music retain ownership but grant THE420 broadcast and promotional rights as outlined above.

12. Community Conduct and Restrictions

To ensure a positive and respectful experience, users agree not to:

  • Post or submit any unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material;
  • Use bots or automation tools to access or interfere with site functionality;
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform in any way;
  • Impersonate other users, artists, or brands.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE420, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Misuse of promotional results or advertising expectations;

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THE420, N2N LLC, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our platform.
