the420 Right to Terminate Representative Membership
THE420 reserves the full and unconditional right to suspend, revoke, or terminate any Representative membership at any time if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the Representative is not a good fit for the organization, has failed to align with THE420’s values, standards, or objectives, or has engaged in conduct deemed detrimental to the brand, its partners, artists, or operations.
Termination may occur with or without prior notice and without obligation to provide justification. Upon termination, all representative privileges, access, and associated benefits will be immediately revoked. Termination does not entitle the Representative to compensation, reimbursement, or continuation of any rights or status previously granted.
Participation in the THE420 Representative Program constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
A 420 Representative operates as an independent, commission-based sales representative (50% of their sales) responsible for promoting THE420 Inde services, memberships, and offerings. Representatives are NOT employees, partners, or agents and hold no authority to bind THE420 Inde to contracts or guarantees. Compensation is earned solely through verified, completed sales or enrollments as defined by current commission structures. Representatives are responsible for ethical promotion, accurate representation of services, and compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies. No minimum earnings are guaranteed. THE420 Inde reserves the right to modify programs, commissions, or terminate participation at discretion.
